Thanks, @mram3582 ! I was a little shocked. I changed up what I ate last week (way more veggies) and drank a LOT of water. I am prepared for anything next Monday weigh-in, including some kind of bounce. I'm staying head down and doing more good work this week. :-)1

Today is the last low cal day and I’m taking the weekend off. We have lots going on this weekend to try to keep doing this, plus I think that will help my metabolism to not freak out on me. And also it’s getting old. Fast. Lol
@mram3582 Yes, it is! Still, elsewhere, I’ve got the Keto police all over my butt for doing too low calories. I really do think my metabolism needed a wake up call though, and it’s working, so I’m going to let them blab their heads off whilst I keep losing.0 -
