@tanyanie11 you're doing great, you don't want to be aiming for a higher loss per week than this anyway! That's already above the maximum recommended amount!

Not posted a while, my head hasn't been in the dieting mindframe so I tried my hand at maintaining for a few weeks until I got the motivation back. Pleased to see I've done ok at it! Ready to get the last half a stone off now5 -
