Hi everyone. It's Sunday for me, so time to check in. How's everybody going? What do you hope to achieve in the coming week?

    Goal loss: 4% of 93.6 kg is 3.7 kg or 8.2 lbs.
    This makes challenge goal weight 89.9 kg (198.2 lbs) 🍻🎈
    Actual weight lost: 5.2 kg (11.5 lbs)
    Weight lost this week: 1.8 kg (4 lbs)

    What do people think I should do with my goal, stick with it or adjust it downwards a bit?

    Not a great week I had some health concerns and was concerned about them so I ate too much while waiting to go to the dr. Onward to next week

    Yay for week three and yay for the friends and support here. Can't believe it's only three weeks since I recommitted to this. Can honestly say I feel so much better than I did three weeks ago. I am grateful to this challenge for keeping me on track.

    Hi all, this is my first post as when I first calculated 4% I never thought I’d be able to lose it as I knew I had a very busy month with tax exams. However... I’ve had a good last couple of weeks so thought I’d go all in for the last week!

    Starting weight: 263.6 4% = 10.6lbs
    Week 1: 262
    Week 2: 269
    Week 3: 255
    Loss so far = 8.6lbs
    2 more to go this week!

    We can do this! 💪🏻

    I lost what I gained last week, so that's something...I'm struggling to balance calories with breastfeeding hunger, so it's all a learning curve for me right now. Wish me luck this coming week!

    A little late checking in, but here's my numbers for this week

    10/01 (SW): 147.6
    10/07: 145.6
    10/14: 142.6
    10/21: 142.2

    Goal loss: 6
    Lost so far: 5.4
    Left to lose: 0.6

    Not much of a loss this week but considering the past few weeks' numbers, it's a good average and not much more to my goal!
