3. Ankle weights - Bent knee leg lifts 20reps 3sets (slow negatives)
2. Medicine Ball - Basic Crunch 30reps 3sets ( Deep contraction at rep Completion)
1. Straight leg lifts / Hip Raise 20reps 2sets ( Slow negative & pause 5seconds in the air when reaching starting position.)
