I've been using this app for 2 weeks now. I like it and have been logging calories and my exercises. I try to keep my calories under 1310 as suggested in my activity level. Does your body do werid things as your bodyfat gets low
Has anybody experienced any weird things that your body does as you get to the lower end of the body fat scale?
