SCREW THIS GROUP. MY TOPIC (Somebody please HELP. My stomach is EVIL !!!) WAS POSTED 6 DAYS AGO AND NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON HAS OFFERED ADVICE. AND THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A SUPPORT GROUP ? MAYBE EVERYONE IN THIS GROUP WANTS SUPPORT BUT COULD CARE LESS ABOUT OFFERING SUPPORT..... I'LL FIGURE IT OUT MYSELF. THANKS..

    whoa. what's with the bad vibes? there are probably only like 150 in the group and probably < 30 who regularly even use message boards... let alone check this Group. i've been on MFP daily for over 600 days and check this Group like once a month, if that. it may also be that the less-than-30 folks who DO read message boards, aren't even as far as you are in their journey towards 6 packs. how can they offer advice, if they are also in need of advice? you dont demand financial advice from the bankrupt. you dont get directions from someone who hasnt been there... and im willing to bet the folks who actually had the opportunity to set eyes on your last post, havent been there.

    im sorry that no one else could help you here, but i dont happen to make it a point to read every thread every day. good luck figuring it out yourself. thats how i did it, and i learned more about myself, the process, and what worked for me. you are probably better off that way anyway. then, maybe you can come back and spread positive vibes. best of luck.
