Chicken soup

Loving chicken bone broth as an afternoon snack, but now I find myself craving it. When I'm out working all day, I often find myself making a pit stop at Quick Check or the like. They have good chicken soup that I can serve myself the broth without any noodles. It really made me happy yesterday. But I was wondering if there are hidden carbs in store bought soup- like thickeners. It wasn't creamy or thick-just your classic chicken noodle. Do you think I'm ok?

Thank you! I can make room for 9grams, but for that much I'd need to be aware. My regular broth has 0 carbs. Nine grams are hidden carbs in my book! I'm glad to be able to add it to count it in. Good calorie count at least! Thanks again!
