I no longer eat anything sweet or consume fat bombs. But, the above is my favorite and easiest recipe from back when I did.- 12 tsp (4 tablespoons) of coconut oil.
- 3/4 oz of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free Torani syrup (usually vanilla)
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 7 grams of Truvia
- 60 grams (about 4 squares) of 100% pure unsweetened chocolate
- 2.2 oz of almond butter
Put all of these in a microwave-safe cup. I used a measuring cup. Heat for 30 seconds, stir. Heat for 30 seconds, stir. Repeat until it is completely melted and smooth. Pour into 8-10 serving size containers and freeze. They are pretty amazing.1 -

Cheesecake fluff! Yum! I usually top it with a tablespoon of shredded coconut and a few crushed pecan halves. I might also add a few frozen berries (thawed) if I still have room for carbs that day.
