So I went to Doc today because something is just really off. Found out I have Food poisoning. Now why didn't I think of that?? He said all should pass in a day or 2 more...to stay hydrated and stay away from solids...well that doesn't sound like much fun...lol5 -
Pass Day 2
My best friends who emigrated are in town for a couple of days. Today I focused on them and didn't log or exercise. I will be back at that soon, I have big motivations that will keep me on the healthy track enough of the other days, but it was good to spend time with them.
I also got good news that some tests results came in early. I'm now officially a match to donate my kidney and we just need to confirm that my kidney and I are both healthy enough to do the donation. I'm focusing on that and using it out keep me making healthy choices more and more. There have been a few too many unhealthy choices recently!8 -
