I guess pics do work...

Options
So, I started keto Sept 24... but it wasn't until October 1(after a 7lb drop) that I took measurements and finally took pics on Oct 3. This morning I did my weigh-in, measurements an d pics for November.

I came down from 199.8 to 190.8lbs (the .8 doesn't budge apparently)
I lost a total of 8.25in all over!

But most importantly, my belly is losing it's B shape!!!

I am sooo looking forward to December 1st's picture!!
( I used the same undergarments and tank top for the pic as last time, to really keep it consistent)

The way to tell 100% is to take an RMR test that includes your energy burn %. Everyone is different and you could easily be there already based on how much you have lost in inches.

This gives a pretty good breakdown of the signs:

Wow that’s awesome progress! I’ve started in October 8th (down 13lbs) but I now regret not taking a before picture. Keep up the great work and keep us posted on the progress 😀.
