We don't kick anyone out of the UAC!!!
Let's get this straight. We use the Winner's Circle as an incentive for team members to be recognized for fulfilling an entire month of thoughtful tracking all caloric intake; daily exercise; consuming below their chosen caloric limit; faithfully reporting in; and not have more than 3 Pass days.
Even if you have more than 3 Pass days, you are encouraged to continue being a part of the team and staying committed to the goals.
There are months that I have more than 3 Pass days and I sure don't kick myself out, so you won't get kicked out or need to feel like a failure either.
Stick with us and we will be happy to stick with you!

Practice today. Good weather. Still learning lots.
Went for a walk with my wife today round a nearby lake. Great to get out and enjoy the company and the sunshine. First circuit of the lake (2.5km) was with my wife (as her pace 10.5 mins per km), second solo at my pace (7.5mins per km).

3 x Yes puppy walked twice then took him into town for socialising, off out with Beloved for lunch everything logged but my goodness cut it fine on the calories 79 under!!5

@RangerRickL Great to get the reminder that it is a support group rather than one throwing out folk who may wobble with goals once (or twice). I wouldn’t find the threat of being thrown out motivating. It would put me off and encourages external motivation rather than internal. A HUGE thank you to everyone for support rather than judgment.6 -

Calories: Over, BUT it was all protein and good day based - almost no sugar-carbs so I'm taking that as a partial win

I plan to go to health club later today with my younger only brother. My goal for next week is to push fluids.
I got my first mammogram on Friday. It was pain free. I also go my results instantly and they were normal.

@jjjcat When I took over the UAC, the first rule that I changed was the '4 strikes (Pass Days) and you're out' rule.
It did not make sense to me that when you are working on a long-lasting change of habits that you would be tossed to the curb while trying.
I would much rather be committed to that long-range change of habits than be worried about a one-month-short-term result.
