Exercise - Yes, I put in extra activity knowing that I would be eating more as I do sometimes allow myself to eat back my calories
Tracking - Yes. I appreciate tracking my calories in these situations. In the old days I would not and assume the worst and then eat more the next day.
Calories - Yes, pleased to see that yes, I was under for the day. I would not have automatically have assumed this so I am happy to have tracked. It puts me in a better place mentally to start the new week.
Celebrated my mother's 97th birthday on Sunday the 4th. She is still doing relatively well. We moved her from Florida to up north to be closer to us. She is in a beautiful senior living center with lots of lovely hallways with nice wooden railings. She focused on getting rid of her cane and rollator once she got here and now walks the hallways without either for exercise each day for exercise. The wooden railing is there in case she needs it for balance. And she also goes to an exercise class obviously designed for seniors three times a week. She demonstrates to me how important exercise is at any age.5 -

Almost had a slip up at family dinner! There was the best chocolate cake ever for dessert and typically I would help myself to a massive slice! Instead I had a small serving to satisfy the cravings and made sure it fit into my calorie goals!2 -

Pass day. This weekend has been all about catching up with friends who emigrated and celebrating with my team mates, one of whom won his first title fight. For me, a few days off plan is not a huge problem. Back on plan on Tuesday1
