    Exercised: Yes. First 5 miles walk in more than two years

    Under calories: Yes. I prelog to avoid surprises. I realize that "mindlessly" eating for me now is weighing food, and eating before logging :)

    Tracked: Yes

    A friend from abroad is in town and invited me for lunch tomorrow. At least he called beforehand so we could schedule. I hate it when it's last minute and I've already used up my daily allowance.

    Grazed all day and stayed on target. Errands, dog walks, cleaning and cooking had me on my feet for 8 hours.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Over by FOUR calories (even after exercise calories burned) :'(

    Almost had a slip up at family dinner! There was the best chocolate cake ever for dessert and typically I would help myself to a massive slice! Instead I had a small serving to satisfy the cravings and made sure it fit into my calorie goals!

    Pass day. This weekend has been all about catching up with friends who emigrated and celebrating with my team mates, one of whom won his first title fight. For me, a few days off plan is not a huge problem. Back on plan on Tuesday
