    Pass day. I trained with the mma team in the morning, which included coach pretending to show me a new leg attack and once he had me in tight, it became a tickling my feet exercise. He was wearing socks, so I could not retaliate. One of the things I love about my team is our ability to have fun together (although during that I would gladly have kicked him in the face - he kept me far enough away that it was not an option!)

    Judo in the evening and I worked with a young black belt which was great because I could trust him to not hurt me, but we could push hard!

    Food was going well until the evening. I didn't log all the snacks, but they definitely pushed me over.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - onto the mini-trampoline after I got back from my night class
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes - without using ALL my exercise calories
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes - even the frosted cupcake at work
