Exercised: Bench Press 1RM testing day. Didn't do as well as I'd hoped, maxed out just before 50kg. DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT.
Calories: Not quite, but all whole foods - vegetable soup, butter, and a 28oz steak (OMAD)

Pass day. I trained with the mma team in the morning, which included coach pretending to show me a new leg attack and once he had me in tight, it became a tickling my feet exercise. He was wearing socks, so I could not retaliate. One of the things I love about my team is our ability to have fun together (although during that I would gladly have kicked him in the face - he kept me far enough away that it was not an option!)
Judo in the evening and I worked with a young black belt which was great because I could trust him to not hurt me, but we could push hard!
Food was going well until the evening. I didn't log all the snacks, but they definitely pushed me over.4 -
