as you can see, i decided to go with the old scale's number since i started with it, lol. but anyways!! i'm almost at my first goal! (under 80kg by christmas) i went for a walk on sunday and i felt so good! i haven't eaten anything i'm not supposed to, not even a little bit hahaha. i feel great! hopefully i can keep this up :-)3 -
I've only gone and done it!! Reached my goal weight today! Not the healthiest way to lose the last bit as had a vomiting bug yesterday and barely eaten since so I suspect a lot of it is dehydration but will do my best to keep my weight the same.

Only a 100g loss this week but not surprising as I had my sons first bday on Tuesday and there's been a lot of cake involved lol. Actually I'm surprised I didn't gain really, plus I've been very slack with tracking food. Will try for a better week next week1
