    I believe in celebrating small victories too! I am super proud of myself today..managed to go above and beyond on my goals for the day in all my projects! Eating healthy and exercising is a big part of giving me the energy to do that. Good job to everybody's victories!

    Exercise - Yes. A wonderful cold morning walk with the dog who adores cold weather. The rest of us not so much but she loves it.
    Calories - Yes, a very good day. I have mixed up my diet a little and am eating less calories per day thanks to tracking and awareness.
