@RangerRickL. My small victory today is getting everything done I intended. Walking, tracking, my usual bodyweight exercises, language lessons, sim flying practice, work task list, etc...
I try plan out what I want to do at the start of the day. Literally plan out the inches. All are steps in directions towards small victories. It is rare that I get 100% done per day before midnight.

@MadisonMolly2017 - I can't agree with you less. Hopefully, as we inch forward, all these technologies at our disposal will help us increase this 5%.

@joinn68 - From my experience, weight lost and maintenance is a conscious effort. Going on "recess" is not an option. It must come from within. Nobody can do it for me. I choose the things I eat. Food is my body fuel. My body is too precious. I deserve the best. I do not deserve/want to make the junk food companies, etc., rich at my expense. This is what I say to myself each day. I make that choice. I do not feel sorry for myself. This is going to be for life and I have embrace it.

I didn't log today, but I didn't eat too badly. Still feeling a bit overwhelmed by the word of the kidney stuff but left work early and had a long drive to think about it all, then a nap because I didn't sleep well last night. Jiu Jitsu class in the evening was the best though. After warm up and drills, we rolled for a good hour. I tried to pick people who would be a challenge for most of my rounds and walked away feeling so much better! There is nothing like a good session to sort out your emotions. Ready to start the next step in the process... and back to logging tomorrow!9

Exercise - Yes. A wonderful cold morning walk with the dog who adores cold weather. The rest of us not so much but she loves it.
Calories - Yes, a very good day. I have mixed up my diet a little and am eating less calories per day thanks to tracking and awareness.

Exercise - Sure did! Managed to knock out a 45 minute treadmill jog, plus about two hours total walking to and from the office.
Calories - No. But, I'm okay with it - I didn't feed myself properly during the day, and it's my own fault.

Yesterday we did VIP dinner at the movies...had dinner while we watched Bohemian Rapsody...it was one of the best movies ever!!!
Today was my daughters first volleyball tournament...they came in second...played well!!
@RangerRickL My small victory has been our schedule. This house gets a little hectic and with work getting a lot busier... It's been a small miracle that we have stayed organized these past 2 weeks and nothing has been forgotten.
