OMAD macros and weight training?

I was wondering if anyone has had great success using OMAD without restricting carbs. If so, what macros are you using? Thanks!

    I've had success, but my goals were weight normalization (30 pounds lost) and a healthier relationship with food. I never tracked macros, or carbs specifically, just overall calories.

    Hey, I personally plan to continue somewhat high-carb through my journey but check out KimberFitGirl on youtube for a great example of someone who used OMAD with a very high carb nutrition plan and had great success (140lb weight loss!).

    I lost weight restricting carbs but not for my maintenance.

    depending on your goals.If weight loss is your main goal, I started out not restricting carbs, and when I cut carbs, (for other reasons than weight loss), my weekly weight loss stayed about the same, but was way more satisfied with my meals. try different things and see what works best for you. good luck
