I had a very restful day. Rose and I got caught up with our conversation after my several days in Cincinnati.
We will see the grand kids at church in the morning.

Pass Day 1
I did not exercise today..rested most of the day..busy week. I hate it when I have to take a pass day because of exercise. I'd rather it be because I had an amazing meal with friends as a planned pass day.
@RangerRickL yes this is an amazing group as you mentioned yesterday. I feel so fortunate to be in it. I don't comment very often but I do appreciate everyone here.
Yeah, it's hard to believe snow already. We have a chance of rain turning into snow here in Southwest KY Monday night. I miss being able to walk outside. November derailed my exercise last year and lasted for several months. Determined not to let that happen this year.4 -

Yes. 3 miles walk outside
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Yes. Barely. I had a social event with wine and cake. But I had planned and arranged my other meals around that. With the amount of alcohol I drank this week I really have to be extra careful next week to get my fruits and veggies and get proper nutrition.
