1) Count abs as you do them - or, each minute of abs counts as 20 abs.
2) Abs do not count toward your calorie burn for the day. It's an extra nice bonus that you won't eat.
3) Fitness classes - you cannot apply those from a class that you are counting toward your calorie burn.
4) For those of you that don't want to count? Be creative. Just do a 10 minute ab video, it's worth 200 abs. A five minute ab video is worth 100 abs. Each minute of a plank is worth 20 abs.
5) Try doing standing abs to sneak them in during the day. I am been known to sneak in a empty room just to do 10 standing hip circles - circle one way 10 times & circle the other way 10 times = Boom 10 abs.

I have been trying to do the 10 minute ab thing the goal this week is to do the 10 minute abs I understand it counts towards 200 which does sound about right.0

Yes, 1 minute of ab is 20 - so, 10 minutes would be 2000
