Exercising off cals

Hi all

I'm new to this. Today I'm at 620 cals but on a 500 day with dinner still to go.

I worked off 300 cals on the treadmill and dinner will be 200 cals.

Is this okay and will it still count as a fasting day.

It's my last one for the week and I don't want to waste it if possible.

    I think the newest from Mosley is that 800 cal/day is still a "fasting day". For weight loss it just means you'll lose a little bit slower - ( but it depends on the other days as well)

    Thank you. Do you deduct execrise calories at all? Most times I'm close to 500 without the exercise. Just not today lol and oops!
