I stole it while procrastinating and looking around the Atkins website.

Thanks for sharing. I do think Keto is going to wind up hitting critical mass sooner than later.

Today my copy of Ketogenic Diet And Metabolic Therapies, Expanded Roles in Health and Disease edited by Susan A. Masino came today. I have thumbed it when breaking in the spine. Some chapters have more pages of references than the chapter itself. With a winter storm on top off us I may get some reading done as the outside work is done or on hold for a while. Thankfully the winter's worth of hay is in the barn as of 5 days ago and all of the horses have a roof over their heads.

I read a lot of reviews but none of the text on Amazon. While it is a bit over $100 it has the medical applications that I have been looking for regarding Keto as a medical therapy for many health issues. Resolving/preventing cancer is on my mind daily as I learn more about my friends and neighbors fighting the disease. I want to make sure if it strikes inside my family that I have the science to lead on if they ask.

The quality of resources like the links you posted seem to get better year by year.

Thanks for posting. The one on diabetes reversal was interesting and fell right in line with how I used Keto/Low carb high protein to get totally off the pills.
