Anyone else meeting their goals?
Yesterday I didn't get out for a walk but I did make it to swimming at night instead.
Today's mini goal is to not go snack haywire this afternoon. Last night I went to bed later than usual which in turn leads to an afternoon crash, which in turn leads to afternoon sugar snacking. So my goal is to stay on track for eating today.0 -
I have been terrible at posting goals in my other group too, but I have a set of standard goals, log food, take vitamins, drink water, go to bed early, exercise daily! For the most part I achieve those daily!!! It’s an ongoing battle though to make good choices!0
