haven't really exercised at all but i've been eating well so i lost almost a kilogram!! we're getting closer :-)1 -

Variance: +0.6lbs
Overall Loss from 1/12/16: 26.3lbs
Weight has been like a yo-yo this week at it's lowest was 225lbs at highest almost 223lbs so will see what it's doing at the end of the week.
A lot of alcohol and carbs at the weekend so confident a lot of the weight is water weight again.

Last week, I had lost a lot of weight (4lbs), so I'm not surprised by this completely. But, I also need to get back to my rule of no desserts unless it's a holiday or birthday.2 -

I've been MIA for a bit. Sometimes because I forgot to come here and log my weight and sometimes because I did it knowingly... Adjustment made for todays actual weight - glad to know I didn't do that in 1 week.
