    Challenge Start Weight: 171.8
    Challenge Goal: 165

    Week 1: 171.4
    Week 2: 171.7
    Week 3: 174.7
    Week 4: 175.0
Week 5: oops - forgot to weigh in
    Week 6 174.4
    Week 7: 174.2

A positive thought for the week: Just keep trying!
Healthy snack or meal: Big salads, lean meat
Best workout this week: Just joined the Y and walked on the treadmill Thurs & Sun. Working my way up to daily then going to add weights

Comments: I really need to get a routine set. Flying by the seat of my pants clearly doesn't work. As long as I don't give up, I feel like I am moving forward. But I am in a bad place with carbs! Must be my fall hibernation diet. Got to make it through at least one day carb free to bust the cycle. And OMG! Thanksgiving is just 10 days away.

    Challenge Goal: 132
    Week 1: 136
    Week 2: 137
    Week 3: 134
    Week 4: 133
    Week 5: (skipped)
    Week 6: 133
Week 7: 132 (gooooooaaaaaaaal! for this session, anyway)

Positive thought: only 2lb up on my lightest ever adult weight!
Best workout: Week 7 run 3. 25 minutes running and my best ever (according to Strava) 2 mile time.
Healthy meal: Bought some good quality chicken sausages and made them into meatballs. Easy to do and low calorie!

Comment: Going to try for another 2lb before Christmas, to get me back to my lightest ever. But my main goal is to run for 30 mins, and then do 5k (which should take me about 38 minutes I reckon, if I can keep going that long). Next year’s goal is 5k in 30 mins... and not to gain again!

    Week 2:
    Week 3:
    Week 4:
    Week 5:
    Week 6:
    Week 7: 60kg

A positive thought for the week: No great success, but I am counting again. Also, no weight gain.
Healthy snack or meal: lunch salads, what's new? :-)
Best workout this week: didn't exercise much - I think there was a 6km run somewhere in there.

Comments: Took me a while to get truly over the jetlag and settle back in. No weightloss, dagnabit, I cave in to too many wine / cheese sessions, but I am slowly finding my feet again. The no-food-or-drink-after57 until Christmas is not realistic, but 58 is. So let's go.

Healthy snack or meal: breakfast tacos
Best workout this week: dog walk dog walk

    Comments:
I've had a stressful time recently!
I did reach my lowest weight ever at 127.4 lbs, but as you can see, I've since gone up!
I didn't weigh in on Monday because I forgot before breakfast and wanted to leave extra early for work because I've been super behind on my documentation.
I'm still behind! T_T and they've shortened all deadlines officially, which doesn't light a fire under my booty so much as totally paralyze me into inaction...

One good thing I did was make a copy of my mom's yoga DVD for people over 50 (lol, I'm half that, but with about the same physical abilities). Haven't put it on yet and I don't have a yoga mat or block or band, but it's a step, right?? I put my money toward the weekend sephora sale and also random purchases from zulily for work and personal care. Reminds me of my shopaholic coping strategies in undergrad...

News in dermatology progress: my face is looking better (jawline still covered in cysts. cheeks look pretty clear, have gotten compliments for the first time in a long time), but my hands have broken out into some horrific eczema that I'm afraid will scare the kiddos (or their parents, because it seriously looks like some awful contagious disease and I wouldn't want anyone with hands that look like mine touching my kiddos [if I had any, which I don't]) I work with. I've been moisturized nonstop, but to no avail.

    5 more weeks?!

Congrats to you, poeciliareticulata!!! Awesome goal-achieving!!!
