Ice storm hit here. Woke up to a huge bang around 3. A tree is sitting on top the roof over my bed!!!!
Just went outside and heard a crackling noise. Huge tree across the road crashed!!
Schools schools but the streets are NOT slick? Hmm.
I’m headed out carefully.

Morning!
Thats one way to ensure you don't oversleep! Yikes!
Ice storm in affect here too - but SBUX was open - so, well, the metro guy needs his coffee.
Installing Radon system today. Most of neighbors have too. Insanely high levels.
When does Emma's Mom/Dad come home?
Cheers0 -

Good Morning!
I do not like ice storms. I hope that your house is OK.
SBUX is a perfectly metro thing.
Have a great day!

Good morning.
It's a good thing that I spent the holiday weekend working on the budget because I have to present it on Friday and Monday to the exec team because their vacations kick in and I won't get another shot at it before the board meetings. 🙄0 -
Good Morning BBB.
Home inspection tomorrow.
Hitch installed on my vehicle yesterday ✔️
Cold here and snow expected mostly south of us.
The plan today is to get several boxes packed and find a shredding location for old tax records, etc.
Kelly - ice storms are no fun. Stay safe.
Bill - Starbucks is a necessity here too - I just do Keurig version. Nespresso machine is packed to go to RV already.
Radon is no fun.
Lee - how goes it with the dogs?
Sam - how are you feeling?
Dennis - cruise report please.
Lisa - whats happening?
do good out there everyone.0 -

Good morning BBB friends.
I live by the philosophy that snow belongs in the mountains. You drive there to visit when you want to, but should never have to invite it home. Ice storms are uncommon here. Last time was six years ago. We were without power for almost a week.
Should be cool and dry, today, with some sunshine in the afternoon.0 -
Good Morning
Busy with sales bookings trying to push hard, its working. Over 100K this week alone. 30 years ago today was my first day on the job here. Wow, that's a longggg time.
Glad to see you checking off your list Raine! Check recycle centers not just shredder companys. I found a recycle (metals) place in MKE that did "free paper shredding" also, in front of you while you wait.
Still hopeful to get some sun to melt last weekends snow for leave clean up. SO is stressing and I am too. More snow coming Sat. Temps just haven't been warm enough all week. May get some picked up tonite in the dark, and tomorrow.
Be well, be happy, be safe.0 -

Afternoon. BBB.
Ice storm cancelled first day of trial. Spent part of day training and now Babe has a sore toe. Gonna have to take her to the vet.
Happy work anniversary, Mary.
Hope house is OK, Kelly.

Kelly, I'm so glad you're okay! That sounds SCARY! And I want to tell you that you inspired me ... my new rowing machine was delivered yesterday, and I started using it today. My goal is to to do 5 minutes each morning when I wake up. I believe in starting small.
Happy 30 years, Mary! They are SO lucky to have you!!!
Jack looks like he's having a blast! Seeing him with that tennis ball reminds me of how he found that one at our house when he visited ... behind the sofa, where it had been for months. He's amazing!
I've been busy, but things might be slowing down a bit soon. The big thing was a book of devotions that I edited and helped write for our church. It's for the month of December, 1 per day, written by various recovering addicts who attend with me, and based on specific Bible verses and recovery. It was kinda my baby, and I turned it in Tuesday. I am so excited about it! I can't wait to see the finished product!
Jim is doing fairly well. His hand is healing, albeit a bit crooked. It's still sore and swollen.
Dd27 has finished her first trimester, and is feeling good.
We're doing our family Thanksgiving on Saturday, with everyone coming here. Should be fun!0
