    Pass #4, so I'm out. Oh well. I went over on calories because the food at dinner was too good lol. I did yoga as my exercise.

    Have been reading the nsv's, awesome work everyone, I really thought I would now be using my 4th pass day but have made it through, hanging on in there!

    Exercised: Yesss! Did some walking in the gorgeous sun for about 3 hours all up throughout the day, AND I went indoor climbing again AND I DEFEATED THE PATH I'VE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH FOR WEEKS!!! I'm so freakin' happy. I've been working at this wall for about 4 visits solid, never getting past this backward overhang, and I DID IT I DID IT I DID ITTTTTTTTTTTT. I'm so freaking stoked!

    Calories: Wayyyyyy over, but I was more relaxed about food than I have been for a looooooong time
    Tracked: Hard to track specific dishes here in Australia, but I think I got as close as possible.
