Exercise - brick workout (1h road cycling ride + 30min run a bit under race pace)

Right leg hurt cycling, left leg hurt running. LMAO!!! Best thing I can do is laugh. I got to the end though so that's the only thing that matters.7 -
Today will have to be a pass day, for the first time in months I didn't make the wisest food choices ~ I'm over my allowance (only by 36 calories but it is still over) the old me would have used today's glitch as an excuse to give up and return to old habits, I'm accepting accountability and drawing a line under today ~ see you all for log in tomorrow7

Cleaned out all my dead summer flowers from my 9 different containers that we have outside and went and bought tons of pansies and violas. So much color amongst the fall colors and bare trees. Love it!!5 -

Not a good day what so ever plus I used up all my passes. That’s okay, focus focus focus, 😈😢😫3 -
Exercised: Yesss! Did some walking in the gorgeous sun for about 3 hours all up throughout the day, AND I went indoor climbing again AND I DEFEATED THE PATH I'VE BEEN STRUGGLING WITH FOR WEEKS!!! I'm so freakin' happy. I've been working at this wall for about 4 visits solid, never getting past this backward overhang, and I DID IT I DID IT I DID ITTTTTTTTTTTT. I'm so freaking stoked!
Calories: Wayyyyyy over, but I was more relaxed about food than I have been for a looooooong time
Tracked: Hard to track specific dishes here in Australia, but I think I got as close as possible.3 -
