When down/stressed/board i cjain eat
( like chain smoking but with food)
I can feel physically ready to bust but will still continue
I hope logging on and chatting here will help me next time a binge looms

    This is the group for those of us that use food as a drug. I used an online therapy that helped me a lot. Sometimes, I still have to review what I learned and readjust the techniques and tools. It does cost something. 2 years ago they did a black Friday sale and gave it for half price. It definitely helped though. www.shrinkyourself.com

    food is definitely my drug of choice
    But now For my health sake I have to choose to mange it

    I can relate with the chain eating. This has been my struggle as well. Stress levels here are through the roof due to sick family members, work stress, upcoming holidays, etc. I'm hitting reset and starting fresh with my calorie tracking, exercise tracking, fitness goals, etc. Kind of a November New Year's resolution and fresh start.
