This is my first entry in this group
This weeks starting weight 77.4kg3 -

not a huge loss this week. i've been down to 81.2kg this week so hopefully this is just water weight. i haven't been eating that well at all. i've been craving sugar like crazy and i gave in to the temptation so,,,,, the number on the scale shows it too :-/ i really need to get a grip, jeez. i haven't gone out in 4 days either!!!! i can't continue like this,, this is horrible. if i went with my plan, i should be down to 80kg already. i'm pretty disappointed in myself. hopefully i'll get to my christmas goal in time.....1 -

Total weight loss: -45 lbs!
I'm weighing in early today because I'll be out of town, until Saturday evening, without a scale. I didn't follow my rule of no desserts, in fact I started eating more. But often times, behavior changes get worse before they get better. Last night, I wanted Oreos so badly, but my husband had eaten them a few days ago. Instead of eating a different dessert, I just stopped eating. Small NSV. Earlier in the week, my weight was up 2 more lbs, so I'm happy actually with this gain. Motivation to continue, after Thanksgiving tomorrow. Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi! This is my first entry and I'm hoping this will help me stay motivated!
SW: 171 lbs (day my daughter was born-February 22nd)
CW: 156.6 (11/25)
GW: 138 lbs (healthy BMI for my height)
UGW: 115-120 lbs
I've been on and off the wagon for months now, but I've consistently logged into MFP and am really motivated by the end of the year fast approaching! I'd like to see a bigger accomplishment with my weight before 2019.3
