I am just starting on this journey of clean eating. I wanted to eat healthier and remove as many overprocessed food from my diet as I can. Looking for help and support and ideas as I begin this journey.

Hello Sarah, I am trying to get back on track over the next few months. The weight creeps back up when I add back in fatty, processed foods. I find more of a plant based lifestyle helps me the most; however, I don’t follow it a 100% which is probably why some of my weight has come back on, 😢 Anyway, please feel free to add me as a friend. Today, I plan to have fruit nice cream for breakfast. I’m going to make a big salad with brown rice and beans thrown in for lunch or dinner. I will be using recipe ideas from my Forks Over Knives menu planner.1

I'm new to this too, have a lot of weight to lose and want to be healthier. Could definitely do with some inspiration for clean foods that taste as good as takeaway ha ha1

Joining again today for the umpteenth time. I'm done with diets and just going to focus on eating real food and eliminating sugar from my life. I want to feel good again and get off some meds. I'd love to have some clean-eating friends.3
