Yeah, I forgot to say yesterday but I should make it to the Winner's circle this month, although I did not think I would because having a pass on the first day of the month isn't really making life easier.

Many walks from hotel to office, to lunch, to dinner, etc.. Choosing places not close for eating keeps me active.

Exercise: Yup! Yesterday, I ran a lot on the treadmill. I am surprised my legs are still attached. Today, I cycled, then did a quick (but not intense enough) weight training session.
Calories: So far, so good! Even down a full 1kg since Tuesday's ridiculosity.

Started at Anytime Fitness at 6 a.m. I'm upping my workout pace as I want to break a sweat. That is what kicks up my metabolism. Cardio/strength with trainer

Super excited to be getting back to my
Healthier eating! November was tough - stressful medical tests, 3 weeks high Prednisone, 2 weeks with hazardous smoke, many hours of Physical therapy...and all along UAC’s habits & this community helped me do what I needed to do!! I’m grateful, so grateful.6 -
