I hate these days, the triple training days. Up at 3am, running at 4, gym at 6, work at 8 and pool at 6pm. But I hope I'm going to sleep tomorrow!

Exercise: Fitbit says I exercised for 199 minutes today. I did some circuits and a lot of walking.
Food: Yes! Well under calories

DId I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, a 60 minute Pilates Reformer class, and 80 minutes Week #1 - Day #4 half marathon training app.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 47 minutes on mini-trampoline

yes, Yes, YES!! I made the Winner's Circle this month! For next month, I am taking my calories down by 20 (now that I weigh less) and adding some upper body work to the cardio.

@trimi1104 I apologize for missing your post. I am traveling and my Thursday and Friday schedule were extremely demanding. Unfortunately, I carried forward my error into December. I am now in a hotel in California where I have just read your post to me. MFP does not let me edit after one hour and I posted the same information into December. Please forgive me.

Forgot to enter one item (that was off to side on my little note!) so I was under 228 calories...
