    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 54 minutes on my mini-trampoline
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes, but only because of my extra exercise calories (usually don'e eat back ~ 100 / today, burned ~ 20 more than usual PLUS left only ~60 of the total uneaten
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes - likely overestimated the snitched chicken, but that way I am sure I logged sufficient "calories eaten"

    It's such a different situation in your sport, a medal only depends on myself in my own sport whereas you've got to deal with someone else who may think otherwise! Talk about team work. Way to go!

    Very good insight! Not only 2 minds (and emotions) but also two different sets of biomechanics to bring together and very different languages (dressage training is primarily developing a common language that results in the horse responding to requests to perform the same movements on request that she would do naturally on her own.) A longterm relationship with a horse you have trained is very special.
