My Doctor said

Soooo my doctor said I need to lose weight lol. She also said I’m fat and fit lol. I’m not a big eater but my activity level is low. Hit me with fun ideas for getting started with a more active life.

    Whatever gets you moving will keep you moving. My activity at first was 15 minute walking exercises (YouTube, Leslie Sansone). Then I increased my time and changed my intensity of workouts. If working out is not your thing, cleaning house vigorously will burn calories too. Good Luck!
