I cannot believe how off track I have been this week. It's like, every day, I plan to eat well, start off well, but then dinner comes and I throw it all out the window. I haven't been logging much past lunch all week because I'm ashamed at what I've been eating and don't want to face it. I haven't been exercising at all. I don't know what's up. I do know that I haven't been getting good sleep lately, but this has to stop! Here's hoping for a better week!5 -

You're not alone in this coz I've been exactly the same for almost the past month pretty much. I've gained the last few weeks. Like you I start out well each day but then just fall off the wagon everyday, exercise has become non existant. Just ugh. NEED to kick my *kitten* back into gear (which of course I've been saying every day lol)3 -

Another gain this week which I expected. Starting out well each day but then also falling off the wagon each day too. Really need to focus on finding balance again4 -

Sigh. Up almost 1 lb from last week, but I earned that. I only "followed the rules" for 2 days this week. I find that my resolve is weakest around dinner time. I also only worked out once this week. I tend to make the "I'm too busy/tired" excuse, but I really have to make the time!
Ah well. We can do this, ladies!

@_Cherie_ Have you tried prepping ahead of time, that was one of the things that helped me the most, is to plan the week ahead, buy in only what I need for what I have planned, prep a bunch of stuff that I can reheat on a week night with some steamed veg and it only takes 5-10 mins to make it on the evening.
