Okay, let's talk about the 3 Pass day rule. If you only have 3 Pass days in the month of December, then you will be listed as a Winner's Circle Qualifier. It's a big deal since it's pretty hard to qualify.
But, if you have more than 3 Pass Days, you don't have to leave the team!!!!
If you are moving forward and you want to develop the thoughtful habits of a winner...stick with the team!!
We don't kick anyone off the team.

This evening it was time again to give back to the community at our village Memorial Hall to serve tea/coffee & warm mince pies to the carol singers .... did I refrain from eating any pies? at over 240 calories each darn right I did ~ for me I'd rather have something more substantial to eat7 -

I think this is my fourth month on UAC and I've yet to make the winner's circle. But that is OK and because of UAC I have much fewer pass days that I might have without it. I'm not going anywhere and I will make the winner's circle. Maybe even this month!12 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? None - at noon, took up unexpected ticket to community theatre event so went from work to restaurant to theatre and didn't get home till after 10:00 pm

So despite the three fails in a row, here I am. I did much better today. I ran a little extra today (I do a mix of running and walking laps) to combat my guilt

Calories: yep, although I did let myself eat back a bit of my estimated exercise cals. I always estimate on the low side and only allow some anytime I do eat some back
Exercise: Ran a total of 3 miles. I wasn't feeling great so I had 2 walking laps instead of 1 after every 3 running laps. Knocked out 5 miles of movement pretty easily though!
Honestly, I think lowering my calories to the sedentary amount killed me. It left me juuuuust barely too hungry and caused issues. Plus, it's almost finals and I've hit my abnormally hungry week anyways. Add to that the disappointment from unexplained weight gains (honestly they're pretty small, I'm just sensitive!) and I've had a trainwreck week!7 -

Well so glad I was in the winter's circle last month but not a repeat this month. I have been MIA the last 4 days. I have exercised and watched my calories but unfortunately not tracked or reported. My bad.😱😳.
Thanks @RangerRickL for the lead in for today. You don't know how much I need that encouragement after this snafu!!
So sorry you can only do low impact exercises for a while. Hoping all is well soon.6 -
December 7 and 8 are both only yes x1 for me (exercise - it's not challenging for me to find 20 minutes to get some exercise in daily).
I do need to work on tracking my calories more, even if I know I'm going to be over for the day!4 -
