    @jugar Smiled :) at your comment about the usual frozen pizza establishment at your daughter's. Reminded me of years ago when our youngest son was first married...there wasn't any dinner unless it was from a menu, our treat! It is nice they, eventually, grow up into responsible adult roles.

    It was a particularly good day as I managed to say No to chocolates and cake at work !!!
    Its a different thing that I am only able to walk for 20 -25 minutes each day.

    Exercise: Yes, walked on the beach for a couple hours, plus walked around town for a total of 7 miles yesterday.
    Calories: Yes, all that walking helped me earn some additional cals and I ate every one of those extras!
