    Rick, I am a big snoopy fan. Whenever I open the thread for the day and see a Snoopy pix, it always brings a smile to my face. :) A fun way to start my day.

    Exercise: Yes, 8.5 miles of walking along the shoreline to another town and then back again. It was a beautiful day and I stopped to do some bird watching along the way.
    Calories: Yes, thanks to all that walking. We are on a short vacation in Monterey and I treated myself to a cookie from my fav. shop and still had some cals left over.

    Pass day!
    Went to a birthday party today - I planned on staying under calories, but I’m really good, in the moment, at rationalizing that “I deserve this” to eat and drink and all that so I went over my calories. Had a great time! But what I really deserve is to treat my body well and eat well and have fun anyway! I’ll get there - work in progress.

    Yes x 3, it's been really enjoyable to get in a bit of extra exercise every single day, even when it's dark and cold outside. Hopefully by the end of this month I will form a new habit!

    @RangerRickL Yes, I am carefully taping and supporting my ankle, too. Longer walks, but slower. Hoping to get referral to see if it can be fixed as it IS the limiting factor to how hard I can work out!
