I've decided to go back to basics in hopes that I actually achieve my goals. haha
- Drink 64 oz of a water a day
- Meet my step goal every day

Thanks Kayla!
Back to basics for me too. Unfortunately today is my start day for this month since last week was a major bust:- log all of my food
- stay at or below maintenance every day
- meet my step goal every day (6000 steps)

@puffbrat You're welcome! I used the day I posted as my start day as well. I haven't been doing that great so far so going back to basics probably isn't going to change anything either. haha0

Goals for this month are to track everything and average 1600 or less for the month of December. I’d also like to cut back on how much dairy I eat.0

Mid-month update:WifiresGettingFit wrote: »I've decided to go back to basics in hopes that I actually achieve my goals. haha
- Drink 64 oz of a water a day There's definitely been improvement but is something I still need to work on
- Meet my step goal every day There's been a few days where I haven't met my step goal but all in all, I'm doing pretty good
- Average 1700 calories a day for the month of December If I get my act together for the rest of the month, I may still be able to achieve this.

At this point I think the proper mid-month check in for me would be an emoji rolling on the floor hysterically laughing before sobbing uncontrollably. On the plus side, the 2lbs I thought I had gained came back off, so those must have been water retention from all of the extra eating out I did the last couple week.0

@puffbrat If it helps, I relate to that emoji...a lot.1

Did I have goals for December /facepalm/
On the plus side, I am ending the month 0.4lbs lighter, which means I didn't gain.
Last night, Leo and I decided to start trying for baby #2 in late July/August 2019, so I really need to get back on track immediately. I told him we can't start trying until 1) I am at my job for 1 year which is where the timeframe came from, and 2) I am below 200lbs. I would really really like to be much lower than 200lbs though.1 -
@puffbrat I commented on your news feed post but not gaining is a huge win!1

Thanks @WifiresGettingFit! I was really shocked and pleased. Of course my husband was not and offered to throw the rest of the Christmas chocolate in the trash to help me. I told him absolutely not.0

@puffbrat Chocolate should never be thrown away. How dare he even suggest such a thing.1
