Planning for Pregnancy (TTC and Pre-TTC)

This is a group for women who are trying to lose weight and increase physical fitness before trying to conceive (pregnant and post-partum women are also welcome).

The idea is that we will help to motivate each other while we try to learn healthy habits - while it still feels "easier" - since we know pregnancy hormones and the significant life changes after baby arrives likely will make it more difficult (but still necessary haha).

I also found some good resources that you can check out - more pregnancy related than pre-pregnancy. But if you're like me, you plan... and plan... and plan... and plan (maybe too much)!
