October 2020 challenge

the challenge sheet is still up and running i think!

I'm using it this month if anyone else wants to as well.

My goals

Lose 4 lbs
Get exercising
Do pelvic floor exercises daily...

    Whoops I forgot entirely about the pelvic floor exercises hahah. Guess I should start that today....

    Adding in PNF stretching too...

    So far I have lost 0.8 lb... maybe 2.4 lb. I've been good about my calories other than a few days but it is shark week so its hard to tell whats going on. Plus my kids keep wanting to play Just Dance (so cute) so my muscles are retaining a bit since I am bad about exercise.
