New to clean eating. Needing help on what to eat. Doc says I have high glucose, high cholesterol & high hemoglobin but not diabetic yet.. I do have an increased risk right now. Also, she wants me to get from 171 to 150 in 3 mos.
HELP LOL

    Check out nutritionfacts.org. He has a ton of nutritional info and a challenge/check sheet...4 weeks or 6 weeks or something like that.
    And invest in some good cookbooks. It’s kind of fun to try new recipes each week. And gives variety.

    I also have about 20 lbs to lose and am doing it via clean eating. I agree with SwimMighty, it is good to try new stuff each week and invest in some good cook books. It has helped me lose 30 lbs already - whether paleo or vegan...getting involved with cooking and learning works tremendously. I have used both “Paleo for Dummies” and “On Becoming Vegetarian”. They have great info on nutrition. Now, I will check out nutritionfacts.org. Thanks for that tip.
