I was trying to find the recipe list. I found it but can't see how to ask a question there. I am looking for go to salad dressings that members use.

Hi there!
If you look through the monthly discussions, you'll find lots of back and forth conversation about recipes, including links to items posted online. You may want to sign up for Dr Fuhrman's website for a month of two, as there is a huge bank of recipes there. The recipes I have are from picking up two of his cookbooks (Eat to Live Cookbook and the Eat to Live Quick and Easy Cookbook).
Here are some super easy options I came up with when getting started:
- Mix 1/4 - 1/2 cup nonfat 'refried' beans (so, really just blended cooked beans) with water (to get desired consistency) plus spices (maybe a flavor of Mrs. Dash spice mix, which is salt-free).
- Mix a few tablespoons of tomato paste, water (to get desired consistency) plus spices (Mrs Dash or an Italian herb mix).
Here's a link to a couple of online postings I have bookmarked, as some of these look like good ones to try:

Have fun finding some that work for you!0 -
Hi Jay, we tend not to post in the recipe section so much because we share things in the monthly thread instead. The two websites that Austin recommended are great for good Nutritarian recipes. Homemade no oil hummus with a little good balsamic or balsamic glaze is awesome and easy. Off the top of my head check out some of these websites:
