Exercise? Yes, 30 minutes AM low impact aerobics, and 60 minutes PM evening walk in village with my beau.
Calories? Within allowance...saving those pass days for Christmas Eve, Christmas and New Year's Eve which is Jim's birthday. Yep... his parent's got a full year tax deduction for him being around for only a couple of hours!

I am very grateful that I did not fall off the track during the last few days of crossing the USA 2.5 times in 4 days.
Yesterday was a yes and today too!
I am very tired and plan to get some quality sleep time tonight

Yes x 3 even with an unexpected dinner with friends. Workout and snowshoeing and trudging up and down our hill 3 times with groceries and all, extra food and drink at dinner went into those exerciser calories but I'm willing to say it's a good day.4

Sunday(16th) was my 50th birthday and my sweet adorable hubby that knows I HATE surprises threw a surprise party...I was shocked...honestly had no idea!! He even tracked down a few friends I haven't seen in 30 years....it was sooooo AWESOME!!!!4 -

most activity i did was going up & down the stairs a few times and then cooking dinner. need to get back into yoga or something. overate on accident, in my house we're a bunch of cereal vultures lol, i can't resist chocolate-peanut butter cereal. cooked a warm, wholesome meal for my grandmother and i though, brown butter rice w/ black beans, & green bell pepper+broccoli sauteed and simmered in a balsamic-beef broth-butter sauce.
STILL sick and it's now affecting my sinuses, gonna spend the 19th doused in Nyquil.1 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 72 minutes between 2 sessions - the first was shorter than I planned, and the "make-up" was longer than actually needed .... I LOVE being able to say that my exercise strategy is soooo enjoyable.
