Dinner last night was 6oz grilled pork chop, green beans, salad, reasonable dressing. A typical dinner here.

I ate so fast that my stomach hurt when I was finished. Gotta pay more attention. No idea what I was thinking about. Never ends.

    I wish I could eat as slowly as DH. I try really hard to not finish my breakfast before he finishes his when we go on vacation each May. It takes a ton of concentration.

    TOL is the slow one around here.
    She's always complaining that I eat too fast, then chomp at the bit to clean off the table and do the dishes.
    I try, on occasion, but usually fail.

    A somewhat reformed inhaler here. Natural tendency is to consume as fast as possible though.
