If you celebrate Christmas, then, I hope you get together with family and/or friends.
It's Christmas Eve, so after work, we'll be with our oldest daughter and two of our grandchildren.
Tomorrow, we'll have all 4 adult children with us and several more guests. It will be 16 people for Christmas.
    How about you?

Actually. Uh. I logged stuff wrong yesterday and I only noticed today, it was not a pass. Sorry for the confusion.

    As for today.
Exercise: 2h gym cross training / 2k swim
    Calories: yes
    Tracked: yes

Tomorrow, cycling with the team (yay! I rarely see them!) then out to sea with the new sup and crossing fingers for some waves. Back home before dark, eat and nap on the couch.

Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas. Posting early, since this will be a pass day (although a carefully planned one in order to stay at or below maintenance calories). Weighed in today and am grateful that I lost 1/2 pound over the last week, despite three very bad days. With only 2.9 pounds to go, I am trying very hard to celebrate without totally going off the rails. Ready to get refocused and back in the Winners Circle in January.

Big family meal today with my husbands side of the family. We had a late lunch, late afternoon dessert and then a very light supper. Lots of activity outside. So I managed to be all yesses today. I’m going to make it through this vacation without a pass day! Next weekends gathering with my family might be a different story... those get togethers tend to be focused more around food.

Surprisingly, didn't go off the rails in spite of having loads of snacks and sweets in the house. It helped that we have a dog boarding with us, so I got out to walk him several times.

    December 24:

    Pass day #1 for me.

I exercised and ate within my allowance (I’m pretty sure). We had a nice potluck dinner that I could maybe try to track, but there would be so much gray area. So I’ll take a pass. I wasn’t planning on tracking tomorrow, but in the end I might do it. After all, I prepared all the food we’ll be eating. (Very much looking forward to eating said food, btw.) Merry Christmas!
