@808malia Woot!! Huge drop! Sorry, I can't see this on my homepage...my news feed has been missing for the past 5 days now. I have to catch up with people in the forums! You're doing a fantastic job though!

@AustinRuadhain You are doing phenomenal. The second your stop recording, stop blogging, stop picture challenging yourself....you are *kitten*. I need to get back on track and I need all of your support. Daily support. Let’s do this

It's probably the news feed glitch. No one stopped doing it, you just have to click on individual pages right now to see anything. You're SO close to your goal now though. You're gonna do it!!

Hey @Daynacrd - Thanks for the compliment. And don't lose track of what great work you have already done! You are looking phenomenal!
If you are off track, maybe pick one food-related improvement to work on, something that is one health-improving change (packing a lunch, meal prep, measuring, logging, etc). Have that be your one must-do everything for a while until you are solid on it, and then add another. That's what I have done. It took months of work on habits and experimentation and study before I started losing weight. The idea is, you keep doing the things that are working and start adding improvements one by one, only adding a change after the last thing becomes a solid habit.
I am having news feed issues, too. I have to click on MFP Friends one by one to see how their updates, and of course come to the forums to see updates here.

@Gnawcraft - Look at you go! What a great week!

@808malia - You are so right about people doing well. This is a phenomenally determined and supportive group!

Thank you @mram3582 ! I must say, when I was busy baking and cooking party food all day Saturday, knowing I would weigh in on Monday helped me keep an eye on the day's calories. I just filled up on good veggies and fruit, food on my plan.

@mram3582 Yeah I wasn't too concerned. It was 321.6 today. With that said, I do need to tighten up my tracking on the weekends. I'm good through the week because of routine, but weekends with young children are anything but routine!

Every time I have a really nice drop, we end up at a restaurant where I blow it. My part time 911 dispatch position also turned into....working 12 hr days without a day off for 21 days now and I don't know if I am ever going to get a day off. Apparently, the newbies can't pass the test and there are only 3 of us for the whole county right now....2 of us on day shift and 1 night shift....we're all VERY tired, cranky people right now. Plus, it means that I can either sleep or exercise....I have to choose now. Hopefully, someone will pass the test soon.

@mram3582 - Congratulations on getting the Thanksgiving and Hannukah weight off! And wow to the job situation. That is so touch, and it is so great you are hanging in there.

@mdgivens - Great job holding steady during a holiday week!

@Daynacrd - Just one week of holiday madness left. Do what works this week. Holidays are a distraction, for sure. I am guessing you have built up great habits or are still paying attention, given your weight is holding steady!

@beachb2027 - What a great loss last week!

@808malia - You have such a great attitude!

Yep, we will all get through this last bit of holidaying.

I'm still here guys. No idea where the scale is so I am just focusing on CICO right now. We did close on the house and moved in three days later on the 18th. It's been a whirlwind since then.
