Well, after spending the past 2 months completely off the bandwagon and going from the 77kg range (mid November) back up to 81.8kg on boxing day, I decided enough was enough and for the past 3 days I've managed to get back on the bandwagon with logging everything and exercising and drinking more water so hopefully will start losing again. Time to bring my goal closer and stop pushing it further away3 -

As expected... I had a large dinner last night. And today's gonna be quite challenging to stay within my maintenance calorie but I'll try.2 -
