Trying intermittent fasting. I usually stop and get something to eat on the way to work everyday and it's always something unhealthy. My excuse is I'm always just stopping for coffee. Bought a thermos today so I can make something in the Keurig quickly and stop giving myself that excuse!1

I'm going to aim to eat more fruits and vegetables to keep me more full. Especially veggies for dinner.1
